NuCiti Capital Partners is a private commercial real estate investment firm, developing and selling infill single family townhomes; acquiring and repurposing multifamily properties in uniquely identified high growth areas. Multi-Family investments generate annual cash flow from operations as well as property appreciation from value-add improvements when repurposing the property. The increased cash flow; combined with the accretive property appreciation in our targeted high growth communities, generate outsized partnership returns.

Amenity spaces aren’t hidden in an interior courtyard but placed directly on the street and open to everyone. The strategy is to invite the community inside and give residents a reason to come outside. It’s all about the spaces in-between. 

When deciding where to re-develop, we choose Bishop Arts - Oak Cliff over places like Uptown due to population growth taking place in historic districts and other long-standing communities.

 Each target property will undergo a unique development plan for the specific area and demographic in its community.

New construction single family developments are monetized at the sell of the properties.

Each multi-family property is currently cash flowing and upon redevelopment, the property management team will compliment the enhanced value creation of the repurposed property.

NuCiti properties will realize accretive value creation from both cash flow increases and enhanced property value increases.
